Educational Qualification

Candidate must be passed in Class 10/ Matriculation with Mathematics from a recognized Board of School Education.

Age Limit

Candidate's age should be not less than 18 years and not more than 40 years, as on 01 November 2019.


Candidate must possess adequate knowledge of local language and Cycling.

Candidate should also possess basic computer knowledge with minimum 2 months Course Certificate from a Training Institute.

Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category and women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
