Educational Qualification

FTS or PTS: Candidates should have completed PG Degree/ Diploma in concerned speciality from a recognized University.

SR: Candidates should have completed PG Degree/ Diploma holders in concerned speciality from a recognized University.

Age Limit

SR: Candidate's age should not be more than 45 years.

FTS or PTS: Candidate's age should not be more than 67 years.

Eligibility

FTS or PTS: PG Degree category candidates must have 3 years or Diploma category candidates must have 5 years experience.

Walkin Location

Administrative Block ESIC Hospital, Ezhukone.

For General/ OBC category candidates, the application fee is Rs.250/-

For SC/ ST category candidates, the application fee is Rs.50/-

The payment of application fee can be made through Demand Draft in favor of "ESIC Fund A/c No.1", payable at SBI Keralapuram Branch.
