Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess MBBS degree with PG Degree/ DNB or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized a recognized Institution or University.
Age Limit
Candidates must possess maximum Age limit up to 37 years of age are eligible for the job.

Application Fee
All Candidates must pay an Application fees of Rs. 300/-.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from paying the Application fees.
Mode of Payment:
Candidates have to pay an Application fees in the form of Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheques payable in favor of "ESI Fund A/C No. 1 payable at Ahmedabad.
Important Dates
Date of Notification: 13 November 2019.
Start Date of Walk in Interview: 11 December 2019.
Last Date of Walk in Interview: 12 December 2019.
How to Apply
Candidates have to attend the Walk in Interview with duly filled Application form along with the certificates and one set of self attested photocopy of relevant documents.
Candidates are requested to report to the Office of Medical Superintendant, ESIC Medical Hospital, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad on 11 December 2019 and 12 December 2019 up to 11.00 AM.
Selection Process
Candidates are selected based on their performance in the Walk in Interview.
